These Terms & Conditions apply when you book or purchase a PKodes mock interview, system design session, coaching session, or related service through this website.

By booking a session, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms before payment.

PKodes provides educational mock interview and interview preparation services. Sessions may include coding interview practice, AI-assisted coding interview practice, system design practice, feedback, and preparation guidance.

The service is for practice and educational purposes only. PKodes does not guarantee a job offer, interview result, admission result, salary outcome, or hiring decision.

Your booking is only confirmed after successful payment and after you receive a booking confirmation or calendar invite.

You are responsible for entering the correct name, email address, time zone, and booking details. Calendar invites and manage-booking links will be sent using the details you provide.

Prices are shown before checkout. Stripe processes payments, taxes, invoices, and receipts where applicable.

Mock interview bookings are refundable for 12 hours after successful payment. After that 12-hour window, bookings are final and non-refundable.

For package bookings, a refund within the 12-hour window cancels and refunds the full package together. Individual package sessions are not partially refundable.

You may reschedule using your manage-booking link, subject to available times. Rescheduling does not create a right to a refund.

No-shows, missed sessions, late arrivals, incorrect contact details, technical issues on your side, or failure to prepare are non-refundable.

If PKodes cancels a session or cannot provide the booked service, you will be offered a reschedule or a refund.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

You can manage, reschedule, or cancel a booking using the manage-booking link provided after checkout.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and may not be possible close to the scheduled start time.

If you cancel within the 12-hour refund window, the cancellation releases the calendar slot and triggers the eligible refund. After that window, cancellation releases the calendar slot but does not trigger an automatic refund.

You are responsible for joining on time from a quiet place with a stable internet connection.

For coding sessions, you may be asked to use tools such as Codeshare. For system design sessions, you may be asked to use tools such as Excalidraw.

You are responsible for making sure your device, microphone, camera, browser, and network are working before the session starts.

You agree to treat the session professionally and respectfully.

PKodes may end or refuse a session if there is abusive, harassing, discriminatory, fraudulent, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior. No refund is owed in that case.

Materials, prompts, feedback, frameworks, and session content provided by PKodes are for your personal preparation only and may not be resold, published, or redistributed without permission.

Do not record a session unless both sides have clearly agreed before recording starts.

PKodes collects the information needed to process your booking, payment, calendar invite, customer support request, and session follow-up.

Payments are handled by Stripe. Calendar events may be handled through Google Calendar. Email notifications may be handled through Resend or similar providers.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, PKodes is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-opportunity damages arising from a booking or session.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

PKodes may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page at the time of booking applies to that booking.
