What gets me interviews, from my CV to my LinkedIn.

For me, getting interviews comes down to two things: my CV, and having a good profile.
CV
It's mostly the CV. That's what gets me through the door to online assessments, so it's where I put the most effort: a clear structure, and every line showing impact.
The other part is having a good profile. My LinkedIn has everything on it, and I post about the events I go to and the projects I build, so people can see I'm active. That kind of thing can bring recruiters to you.
Booking interviews
Once I get an interview, I always choose the earliest dates available. I can do that because I'm practising all the time anyway: DSA for my YouTube videos, and LeetCode to keep improving my problem solving. More in DSA Practice.
