Stack
- Next.js: my main framework. I use it for the frontend and the API/server, all in one.
- React: for the frontend.
- TypeScript: for everything.
- Tailwind CSS: for styling.
- Framer Motion: for animation and motion.
- Supabase: for all things backend: database, auth, edge functions, and the rest.
- Claude Platform: for AI integrations.
- PostHog: for analytics.
- Vercel: for deployment.
Workflow
Building with AI
I plan with Claude, build with Codex, and review everything in Conductor. The full AI coding workflow is in Setup and AI Workflows.
A pull request for every feature
Every feature I make gets its own pull request, even when I'm the only person on the repository. When I look back, each feature is a clear, isolated piece with its own description, and it just looks a lot better that way.
Measure, then iterate
With every product, I record user behaviour and build comprehensive dashboards in PostHog. That way I can see what's working and what's not, and iterate on the product based on that.
Building with other people
When I'm building with other people, every project has one shared Google Doc as the single source of truth, and we meet at a recurring, set time, with a summary and action items after every meeting. It all runs on Google Docs, Calendar, and Meet. More in Collaborating.
